D.J.’s prowess in the world of buying and selling are rooted in her marital life while being the wife of a former active duty Military personnel and Pharmaceutical Sales Manager which dictated numerous family moves resulting in the purchasing of over 5 homes. D.J. realized first hand the challenges that revolved around selling and purchasing homes. This was a prime motivation to begin her career as a real estate agent, thus becoming a part of The Baird & Warner Brokerage firm in Olympia Fields, where she rapidly scaled the ropes, and became a top producer early on in her real estate career.
Early in D.J.’s real estate career, Legacy Development set roots in Matteson Illinois building over 257 single family homes. D.J. became a familiar face bringing several buyer to purchase homes within the community. Subsequently, she was offered and accepted the opportunity to take on the role as one of Legacy Development’s Sales Manager. Absorbing a wealth of knowledge of new development homes. If that were not enough to prove her skills and experiences with the world of new construction real estate, she also was offered a position with Montalbano Homes as a Sales Manager. During this timeframe, she built up a respectable degree of experience and knowledge of a multitude of neighboring communities within the South Suburbs.
D.J. has seasoned experience with business-building via social media, customer service and client-retention. While holding a MPA, and having previous experience in academia as an Instructor and Program Director on the collegiate level, this mirrors with her belief that each individual has a specific set of needs.
In addition, to D.J. being a native Chicagoan and embracing a career in real estate, her familiarity has made it harmonious to set a sound foundation on assisting clients within the Chicagoland area.
